Challenges

One of the notable challenges in our travel management system was presenting individual package reviews effectively. Retrieving reviews for each package efficiently, especially with a substantial database, required optimizing data retrieval mechanisms. Ensuring secure user authentication, review moderation, and compliance with data privacy regulations were paramount. Aggregating review scores and maintaining a responsive, user-friendly design added to the complexity. Scalability became an issue as the system expanded, demanding optimization and caching strategies. Lastly, engaging users in submitting and interacting with reviews posed a constant challenge, which we addressed with gamification and proactive communication strategies.
